For a hot summer’s drink, you may also experiment and adjust the experience of your own consciousness-expanding tea by simply adding ice for a refreshing glass of iced tea!

Instructions:
Remove separate tea bags and steep both in hot water. Add sweetener if preferred. Steep longer for a stronger effect. Our teas are designed to be versatile! You may mix and match or adjust dosages according to preference. Keep in mind that our bodies absorb liquids faster, so the effect of shroom tea occurs faster than eating raw shrooms.

Fun tip:  mushroom tea can be brewed without the accompanying tea, and can be added to other food recipes, especially if you want to mask the mushroom s’ flavor. For example, by steeping only the mushroom sachet, the liquid can be added to soup, or even incorporated within a gelatin-based dessert! You could also take our premium organic shrooms out of its sachet and add it to your healthy smoothie or sprinkle it over a salad. Be creative- the sky’s the limit!
